1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, point of sale (POS) interfaces, digital menu services, and web applications offered by Vyte Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Vyte", "we", "us", or "our") at vytepos.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
Vyte provides a digital hospitality operating system consisting of QR code customer menus, cloud POS billing, kitchen display system (KDS) feeds, inventory trackers, and AI reporting insights for restaurants and food outlets.
3. Account Obligations & Security
Merchants must provide accurate, complete registration details. You are responsible for keeping account credentials, PIN logins, and API tokens confidential. Any actions taken under your account remain your legal responsibility.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
SaaS subscription plans and transaction processing are billed according to published pricing schedules. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use & Content Policy
Merchants agree not to use the platform to process illegal transactions, display fraudulent menu items, or transmit malicious code. Vyte reserves the right to suspend accounts violating operational integrity.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All technology, brand elements, software code, UI designs, and database structures are the exclusive intellectual property of Vyte Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Vyte Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of business revenue, or server downtime outside our reasonable control.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar, India.
